At KD Machinex Enterprise, we strive to provide high-quality machinery and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or request a refund for your order. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds for purchases made through kdmachinex.com or directly from us.
Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
After Shipping: Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed. You may still be eligible for a return and refund, as outlined below.
We accept returns and provide refunds under the following conditions:
Returns are accepted only if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return.
Customized machinery or special orders cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Products that have been used or installed are not eligible for returns.

Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with instructions for returning the product.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
All products sold by KD Machinex Enterprise come with a manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the product-specific documentation for details regarding the warranty period and coverage.
For Returns: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product. However, if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, we will cover the return shipping charges.
